A glimpse into industrial music
Is industrial music pleasant? Not at all! It’s hard, uncompromising, loud and dark.
The taste for it is acquired. Why would anyone go to the trouble?
I’m fascinated by the dark energy it contains. In the West, we live in a society where it is difficult or even impossible to share the dark side of ourselves. "Be positive, be a positive enrichment!" they tell you. With the follow–up sentence "Or else? Fuck off! Oh, and talk to an expert."
Well... That's just the way it is. I’ve had it with the experts. I'd much rather sit down and listen to those who turn darkness into music and be in good company.
